Elster Gas North America Appoints Supply Chain Manager

Cleveland, OH, February 21, 2008 Elster Gas North America announces that Jeff Lucy has been appointed Supply Chain Manager for Elster Perfection.

In this role, he will assist in optimizing asset deployment, maximizing working capital performance by combining his expertise and skills in supply chain strategy, sourcing and procurement, supply chain planning, manufacturing, product lifecycle management, fulfillment, and service management.  Lucy will report to Robert Diak, Director of Operations for Elster Perfection.
Lucy has over 20 years of purchasing and supply chain management experience. Lucy has a BA in Business Administration from Bowling Green State University majoring in Procurement and Materials Management. Lucy is also a Certified Purchasing Manager (CPM) and Certified Production and Inventory Manager (CPIM). Lucy is a member of the American Production and Inventory Control Society and National Association of Production Management.
